Will Smith is in Mumbai. Nobody Knew, Till He Went to Akshay's Party

Somehow, Will Smith silently flew into Mumbai without anyone really noticing. And then he went to a party at Akshay Kumar's home on Sunday and everyone noticed. The 47-year-old Suicide Squad actor is in India to... we don't really know why he's here but perhaps we'll know soon. Meantime, Akshay and Twinkle were having this party and so there he was.
Akshay, 48, has several reasons to celebrate, given that his third film this year, the period drama Rustom, has made over Rs 100 crores. Akshay, who was recently named the tenth highest paid actors in the world by Forbes, previously delivered the hit films Airlift and Housefull 3this year.


So Sunday's festivities were accordingly high-profile and the guest list was studded with stars.

Actresses Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor arrived together. Sonam Kapoor had clearly made a huge effort with her wardrobe. Sonakshi Sinha arrived in white. Both Alia and Sonakshi were part of the celebrity chain of endorsements for Rustom.

Dishoom stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Varun Dhawan drove together - Akshay had a cameo in their film. Rustom actress Esha Gupta looked lovely in wine.

Ranbir Kapoor came with best buddy Ayan Mukerji. Arjun Kapoor arrived looking like a red-blooded Punjabi and director Karan Johar was also pictured being driven to the party.
 

Akshay mother-in-law Dimple Kapadia looked lovely in a sari and invitees included former actress Pooja Batra, rumoured to have once dated the Rustom star.
