Big Discussion: Son has NO legal right in parents' house, can stay at their mercy: Delhi high court

NEW DELHI: A son, irrespective of his marital status, has no legal right to live in the self-acquired house of his parents and can reside there only at their "mercy", the Delhi high court has said.

The court also said that only because parents have allowed the son to live in their house as long as their relations are cordial does not mean they have to bear his "burden" throughout his life.

"Where the house is self-acquired by the parents, son whether married or unmarried, has no legal right to live in that house and he can live in that house only at the mercy of his parents up to the time the parents allow," Justice Pratibha Rani said in an order.

"Merely because the parents have allowed him to live in the house so long as his relations with the parents were cordial does not mean that the parents have to bear his burden throughout his life," the court said.

It said this while dismissing an appeal by a man and his wife challenging the order of a trial court which had passed a decree in favour of his parents, who had filed a suit seeking a direction to their son and daughter-in-law to vacate the floors in their possession.
The parents, both senior citizens, had told the lower court that both their sons and daughters-in-law, who were living with them, have made their "life hell" after which they had given complaints to the police and also issued public notices in 2007 and 2012 debarring them from their self-acquired property.

Both the sons and daughters-in-law had contested the suit before the trial court while denying the allegations. They had also claimed that they were the co-owners of the property as they had contributed towards its purchase and construction.
However, the trial court had passed the decree in favour of the parents after which one of the sons, along with his wife, had moved the high court.

In the order, Justice Rani noted that the son and his wife were unable to prove that they were the co-owners of the property, while his parents have established their contention on the basis of documentary evidence.

Bella Hadid Gives Ex The Weeknd A Sweet Shoutout After VS Fashion Show: See Message

Bella Hadid Instagram Message The Weeknd

Are Bella Hadid and The Weeknd back on? The exes shared the Victoria’s Secret Runway, Nov. 30, when she walked and he performed! While some thought it would’ve been awkward, the two had a special moment! Then, Bella posted an ADORABLE message, Dec. 1, about her ex and fans are going crazy about a romance reconciliation! See it here!

Are they, or aren’t they? Bella Hadid, 20, and The Weeknd, 26, have always been the definition of relationship goals. When the unexpected news of their untimely split surfaced, Nov. 10, it seemed like all hope was lost for Hollywood love.
However, when Bella rocked the runway during her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut, Nov. 30, she and her ex shared a sweet embrace! Abel [aka, his real name], as Bella calls her former lover, stared her up and down and was mesmerized. The stunning model wasn’t shy about looking back either. Bella gave her ex a sultry look and EVERYONE noticed. The romance recalculation rumors were at an all time high after that look of love, and Bella’s most recent Instagram just fueled it all!
Bella posted this photo (above) to her Instagram Dec. 1, of she and her ex. Out of all the photos from her VS Fashion Show debut, she chose the ONE photo with her ex to share her thoughts of the special night. “I can’t believe it!”, Bella started her emotionally-filled caption. “I was smiling SO HUGE on the inside I promise!!!! The most fun and nerve racking experience of my life but I wish I could do it over and over and over again!!!!! Thank you @theweeknd for being the best and most incredible performer on the planet. You KILLED it, as always,” she said, followed by heart emojis. OMG!
After Bella and The Weeknd reunited in Paris for their coincidental same gig, it was reported that the two have been in touch and are still very much in love. The on-again-off-again couple allegedly split due to career scheduling conflicts, having nothing to do with a messy fight. That’s usually the common coverup you will hear from some Hollywood couples, however it seemed to be true in their case.

Bella Hadid & The Weeknd — SEE PICS

Fans speculated that the VS runway wasn’t big enough for the exes, and thought it was going to be a cringeworthy moment. But, everyone was pleasantly surprised when the two shared a sweet moment and KILLED it together as they represented the iconic brand. The exes even partied the night away together just before Bella’s cute Instagram shoutout.
While Bella and The Weeknd have yet to speak out on their reported reconciliation, or confirm any type of relationship, it sure looks like these friendly exes have mended their split. We hope the young stars will get back together so we can continue to gushing over them!
HollywoodLifers, do you think Bella and The Weeknd will get back together? Tell us below!

Coolpad Mega 3 - Mega from nowhere in India!

Coolpad was once a brand that disrupted the market with specs-loaded Note3. Not only the, it even launched Note 3 Lite which
has 3GB of Ram at a pocket-friendly. Coolpad Mega 3 price of Rs.6999. After all this disruptive start, something happened. Something went wrong.
It seemed like Coolpad had forgotten which segment of customers it has to target.

Trust me, a person in India will buy a Coolpad device only when there is no other option left and the person loves more specs
at a much lesser price. Coolpad is nowhere a BRAND in India. It has negligible fan base. So, its strategy should be to make
such devices which will at least be comparable to the other Chinese or Indian manufacturers out there.

Now, Coolpad has launched not one but two devices on the same day i.e, 30th November, 2016 in India. One of them is Coolpad Mega 3
and other one is Coolpad Note 3S. We will talk about them one by one and tell you whether they are good enough to be considered
or not.

In this blog we will talk about the cheaper one - Coolpad Mega 3. It has been launched at a price of Rs.6999. It comes with a 5.5 inch
HD display. Nothing special about this especially considering the fact that the wide black border around the display makes it
look really UGLY. I would rather buy a good looking Windows phone than buying this ugly device.

Talking about the hardware, it has a 1.25GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor with Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory
which can be expanded up to 64GB with microSD. Now, as far as I remember, Coolpad had declared while launching their first device
in India that they will always launch phones with not less than 3GB of RAM. Don't know what went wrong that they did not went by
what they had declared. Don't even dare to throw heavy games on this device. I bet, you will be heavily disappointed.

Coolpad Mega 3 comes with an unusual 3 sim cards support which is not that practical in day-to-day usage. It might be helpful to
the people who want.. don't know what they want! By the way, it comes with 4G VOTE Support.

The front and rear camera are both 8MP units with the rear one having an autofocus. But, the Coolpad has always proved that it
struggles in the photography department. Expect this device to give you a very average photography experience.

The smartphone comes with a 3000mAh battery which is average considering the fact that is heavy at over 170g. It also has USB
OTG support.

Coolpad Mega 3 will be available exclusively on Amazon.in, as usual. The sale will start from 7th December and it will be available
in three colors namely, Gold, Grey and White.

Now, the question is should you go for it? The answer is, if you really want 3 sim-cards in one phone, then only go for it.
It does make sense because you have a really good device Redmi 3S which comes with Snapdragon 430 which is far superior in performance
than MT673. Redmi 3S has a great battery, better Camera, better design (remember, we talked about that Black Border?), better Brand
recognition in India, better resale value, far better GPU and better UI. You need more?

So, my suggestion would be to take this launched device with a pinch of salt and go for Redmi 3S. You will not regret.
